Introducing our New Residential Development

We are excited to announce our new project, a modern 10-25-unit apartment complex that will begin construction in 2023. The complex will be located in a prime downtown location and close to all the amenities that residents need, such as restaurants, shops, and public transportation. The downtown area is experiencing a population boom and a high housing demand. The apartments will be well-appointed and will offer residents great value. The apartments will be spacious and stylish, with high ceilings, large windows, and modern appliances. They will also have all the features that renters seek, such as an in-unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, and central air conditioning. The project is scheduled to break ground in early 2023 and is expected to be completed by the end of 2024. We are confident this will be a successful project and are excited to bring much-needed housing to the downtown area.

Here is a more detailed schedule of the project:

  • Q4 2023: Secure financing, obtain permits, and start site preparation
  • Q1 2024: Begin construction of the foundation and structure
  • Q2 2024: Complete the structure and begin installing the interior finishes
  • Q3 2023: Finish the interior finishes and begin marketing the apartments
  • Q4 2024: Start leasing apartments and begin occupancy
  • Q1 2025: Complete leasing and occupancy

We are confident it will be a success and provide much-needed housing to the downtown area.

We are seeking investors who are looking to maximize their return on investment. We offer a 9% to 25% return on investment over a 1-2 year period and higher returns on investments over two years under Uga Street Properties Cooperative Investment option.
